The Culinary Club provides a platform to learn both basic cooking and specific cooking styles and techniques to food savvy and budding chefs to exhibit their skills. It provides the carefree environment to the members of various disciplines to come together, learn from each other, socialize, develop a healthy competitive spiritand accept challenges.
It also gives a head start to amalgamation, to develop the culture to adopt cooking as pastime, tolerance and respect towards the ethnicity of every individual.to develop the spirit of constructive competition among the members, When it comes to food, it has been observed that people tend to put aside all the differences amongst them. The initiative to start this club has been taken keeping all these things in mind and the club is supposed to benefit the students in terms of knowledge professional skill and personality development the club also intends to enable the students to appreciate diverse food culture.

Professional Chefs and experts from hospitality industry/organization will be invited to enlighten the members about various aspects of hospitality and preparation of various recipes. The domain of the club shall be expanded with more number of students and faculty members
24th April 2022 – Students prepared khastakachori, fruit custard & pasta for the month of Ramdan.
May 2022 – Gujarati Dishes
June 2022 – Preparation of local North Indian Street food with a healthy twist
